Session Quality Training Clinics
These sessions will be held at Southwell Racecourse every month and run by Beccy Broughton.
The coaching clinics will be used as you wish to use them. There will be a short breifing prior to the start, tea and coffee and water provided. No horse refreshments will be available, please bring own with you. Crews are more than welcome and can join in again as you wish. So join us and lets have a fantastic experience. Take this great opportunity no matter what level you may be at.

HELPING AT RIDES 2012

This is where we list all our rides for 2010 and schedule in which members will help on the day through marshalling or general help. We will be posting details and names soon, so please do pop back to see further information.


What is Involved in Helping at a Ride?
You might want to help on the day of the ride checking people in, marshalling at a gate or road crossing. Alternatively, you could help to mark up the ride beforehand or help with ride paperwork.

Why Should I Help?
If we cannot get enough helpers on our rota in advance of a ride, the ride will be cancelled! This would be a great shame as we all enjoy the rides, but there has to be enough people on the day for health & safety reasons.
Please note that anyone wishing to be eligible for trophies at the end of the year must help at at least one ride. You can claim the mileage on your ride record card for the ride you help at too.

Why Do I Have to Put my Name Down Now?
We need to plan ahead and ensure all rides throughout the year can go ahead safely. Also, it saves the ride organisers a lot of stress worrying about it!
