Welcome Welcome to the Derbyshire Group of Endurance GB website. The Derbyshire endurance and pleasure riding group is part of Endurance GB, the national body for competitive long distance riding. Our group focuses on organising competitive and pleasure rides throughout Derbyshire plus social events. All of our rides are located in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and include areas of the Peak District, Carsington Water, Foremark Reservoir and Chatsworth. We have been organanising rides for many years and welcome members of all riding abilities and ages with any type of horse or pony to come along and join in the fun. Please browse our website as we have included lots of information of interest to first time endurance riders and exisiting competitiors. You will benefit from joining our group by receiving a colour newsletter five times per year packed with useful articles, cheaper entry fees for rides and the opportunity to win trophies at our end of year awards night. We always welcome your ideas, suggestions and contributions to the website in order to make it informative and helpful to everyone. Ride reports and pictures (with author's permission) are always welcome, so if you have completed one of our rides and would like to tell us how it went please do get in touch.
